Microsoft has created a new KB Article to help those MSDN subscribers who are having issues downloading applications after updating to Internet Explorer 11.

Yesterday, in IE 11 is Different Enough to Make it Unusable, I eluded to some troubles I've been having with IE11 that were not present in IE10. I am still pushing through and uncovering some workarounds, which I'll post later on, but it appears other issues are cropping up elsewhere.
Microsoft has created a new KB Article to help those MSDN subscribers who are having issues downloading applications after updating to Internet Explorer 11. In the article, Microsoft gives an 8 step workaround which includes using the IE11 Developer Tools pane and running IE9 emulation.
