A. Change the registry value HKEY_CURRENT_USERsoftwaremicrosoftwindows ntcurrentversionwinlogonRunLogonScriptSync to 0, which means the shell starts before the logon script has finished. A value of 1 means the shell will not start until the logon script finished.
