How do I add a new user quota entry?

A. To view current quota usage on a volume perform the following:

  1. Start Explorer

  2. Right click on the volume and select properties

  3. Click the 'Quota Entries' button

  4. A list of quota entries and the amount used will be displayed. From the Quota menu select 'New quota entry' or click the new document button

  5. Select the user(s) for the quota to be added. Click Add. When all or selected click OK

  6. Set the warning level and final level for the user(s). Click OK

If you select multiple users they will NOT share the quota, its just a quickway of adding lots of quota entries all with the same properties.
