Guest package for Nano Server use cases

Q. Why is there a guest package with Nano server when there is a Guest mode?

A. There are numerous packages available for Nano Server that add functionality and one includes the Hyper-V guest components required when you want to run Nano as a VM on Hyper-V. You don't actually have to manually specify this package however as its automatically added when you specify the -DeploymentType Guest parameter for the creation of the Nano Server image. The package is there so its available for automatic inclusion and also in scenarios where you may want to use an image across platforms so need to manually add it.
