Thanks to the recent release of Windows Me, I've posted one of my largest updates ever to the SuperSite for Windows, where you can find out everything you need to know about Microsoft's upcoming Windows releases. I've got a Windows Me FAQ that was updated for the final release, and several new articles, including:

  • Windows Me review -- the most comprehensive review of Windows Me anywhere.

  • The Road to Gold: A look at the development of Windows Me -- an exhaustive timeline of the development of Windows Me, traced back to the early days of 1999, when rumors of a new release of Windows 98 circulated on the Internet.

  • The Windows Me CD-ROM: What you get: A description of the files you'll receive on the Windows Me CD-ROM.

In addition to the expanded Windows Me coverage, which will soon grow to include several technology showcases, I've also added two new Windows 2000 reviews:

  • Windows 2000 Service Pack 1 (SP1) review -- an overview of the first service pack for Windows 2000, including the extras you'll get on the CD-ROM version.

  • Windows 2000 Datacenter Server review -- A look at the high-end version of Windows 2000 that can scale to compete with any version of UNIX.

I've also updated the Whistler FAQ to include information about Windows.NET, and will be adding more information about Microsoft Dot Net (.NET) and Blackcomb by the end of the week. So head on over to the SuperSite for Windows, and discover the future of Windows... today!
