Where did the Insert, Item command go in Microsoft Office Outlook 2003? I want to insert some email messages into a new message and can't find that command.

The Insert, Item command isn't available when you use WordMail—that is, Word as your email editor. The command is available only in the built-in Outlook editor. So, you have two choices. You can turn off WordMail before you create your message by choosing Tools, Options, Mail Format and clearing the Use Microsoft Office Word 2003 to edit e-mail messages check box. Or, you can continue to use WordMail and attach Outlook messages and other items by dragging them from the Outlook folders into the open message.
