I want to change the standard nondelivery reports (NDRs) in Exchange 2000 Server. I found the NDR text in the mdbsz.dll file, but how can I edit that text?

You shouldn't edit the standard NDRs by yourself. If you really need to change the NDR text, contact Microsoft Consulting Services. MCS has a tool that you can use. Although you might be tempted to simply edit the file yourself, be forewarned that edits can make Exchange 2000 unstable—and Microsoft supports file edits only if you use the MCS tool. In addition, as you apply hotfixes or service packs, you always run the risk that you'll have to make the same change again.
