Squeezing the Most Out of Office 365
Office 365 is widely used, but not always fully exploited.

Adopting--let alone fully exploiting--Office 365 is no small task. MessageOps' aptly named Office 365 Adoption, which is available as a website or as a SharePoint app in an Office 365 environment, is designed to help companies adopt, consume and fully leverage the business value of Office 365. MessageOps also announced the expansion of its consulting arm to include the Change Management practice, also designed to help companies transition to Office 365.
According to a press release, Office 365 is Microsoft's fastest-growing commercial product and the No. 1 deployed app in the enterprise. Not every company is successful at fully realizing the product's value, though, notes Chris Pyle, Champion Solutions Group CEO and MessageOps Partner.
“The whole point of investing time and resources into Office 365 is to improve communication and boost productivity, but without a streamlined plan in place, businesses will struggle to realize the full value of the investment,” said Pyle, in a press release. “We created the Office 365 Adoption platform to bridge these gaps and enable successful adoptions.”
Office 365 Adoption offers companies a branded platform, including a library of resources and a self-service help desk. Office 365 Adoption also includes reporting features, providing insight into metrics such as the number of calls that were resolved via the site.
