Poster CWBillow asks:

I have a workbook, book.xltx in the folder C:UsersCWBillowAppDataRoamingMicrosoftExcel XLSTART.

If I go there and right-click and open it, all looks fine. But if I just start Excel, the template isn't being used. What am I doing wrong here?

Can you answer CWBillow's question? You can dish in the comments, or head on over to this thread in the Windows Secrets Lounge and speak up.
