Q: How do I change a Microsoft PowerPoint presentation printout title?

A: PowerPoint presentations are based on master pages that define the layout, graphics, and fonts of the presentation. A master page also defines the handout format, which is used when a presentation is printed or exported as a PDF/XPS file. To modify this, perform the following actions:
1.Start PowerPoint.
2.Select the View tab.
3.Select Handout Master from the Master Views, which the screen shot below shows.



4.Make the handout format changes then click the Close Master View button.
