How can I give a user full control over the Organizational Forms Library in Exchange 2000 Server?

The Microsoft article "XADM: How to Create Organizational Forms Library in Exchange 2000 Server" (http://support.microsoft.com/support/kb/articles/q244/5/91.asp) explains how to create a companywide forms library. To modify permissions on the library, open Exchange System Manager (ESM), expand Folders, then right-click Public Folders and choose Show System Folders. Bring up the Properties dialog box for the EFORMS REGISTRY/Organization Forms folder. On the Permissions tab, you can set Client Permissions as you would with any other folder.
