Is there any option to suppress the To, From, and Subject fields when I print a message from Outlook?

You can take advantage of a WordMail quirk to suppress these fields. If WordMail isn’t currently your email editor, turn it on by choosing Tools, Options, then selecting the appropriate box on the Mail Format tab. Select the message you want to print and click Forward. The new message will appear in a WordMail window. Delete the header information that Outlook puts in the body of the new message. What remains will be the original incoming message, which you can then print using Microsoft Word’s Print command. The To, From, and Subject fields won’t be included in the printout.
