Outlook: Sorting Outlook Items by Follow-up Date

I want to sort Outlook items by follow-up date. How can I add the Due By field to a contacts view?

In the Field Chooser, you won't see a Due By field listed under All Contacts fields. The trick is to switch to All Mail fields. The Due By field under All Mail fields will work fine with contacts.
