Can Outlook send mail anonymously?

No, Outlook is designed so that the sender is always related to a mail account of some type, and Outlook takes the sender address from that account. In my opinion, this design is a good thing, if only because many mail programs now reject as junk mail any messages that don't have a clearly identified sender.
