How can I set up a public folder in Exchange 2000 Server so that users can only read the attachments in the folder but not print them?

If users can read a file, you can't keep them from printing it. Even if the attachment were a Microsoft Word or Microsoft Excel document with code to disable the Print command, users could still use the Print Screen key to make a copy of the document window and print it from any graphics program.
