How can I mark appointments as Private through Outlook Web Access (OWA)?

Exchange 2000 Server OWA hides the details of any private appointment, listing the subject as Private Appointment and preventing even a delegate from opening the appointment through OWA. However, the OWA Appointment form provides no way to mark an appointment as Private, so you need to use Outlook, not OWA, to create the appointment and mark it as Private.
