How can I extract the email addresses from a distribution list (DL) in Outlook 2002 or Outlook 2000?

Try using File, Save As to save the DL as a .txt file. The file you create will contain a tab-delimited list of names and email addresses. Use Notepad to remove the column heads, leaving only the names and addresses. If you want just the addresses and not the names, open the file in Microsoft Excel and delete the first column.
