This week, Orange unleashed its SPV C500, the world's smallest Smartphone running Windows Mobile 2003. Complete with integrated Bluetooth wireless capabilities and Microsoft's cool PIM applications, the tiny SPV C500 is a third smaller than most comparable phones and even includes a built-in FM radio receiver.
