Office 2016 Administrative Templates and Customization Tool Now in Preview
To help administrators prepare for the launch of Office 2016 on September 22, Microsoft has made available preview versions of the Administrative Templates and a Office Customization Tool.

Yesterday, Microsoft confirmed rumors that Office 2016 will launch on September 22. And, amid that corroboration also detailed a new updating scheme similar to what is provided with Windows 10: Current Branch and Current Branch for Business.
Today, to help prepare organizations for managing and deploying Office 2016 when available, the company has released Administrative Templates and a new Office Customization Tool into preview.
The Administrative Templates contain all the settings that are available for managing products and features for Office 2016. Included in the download is also an Office2016GroupPolicyAndOCTSettings_Reference.xls file for reference.
The Office Customization Tool can be used to create Office 2016 deployments adapted to the needs and requirements of the business.
