Ron Charity is a published technologist with over 20 years in infrastructure and application consulting. He’s worked in the US, Canada, Australia, and Europe, and has worked with SharePoint technologies since 2000. Currently, he is responsible for a large global SharePoint environment consisting of several farms that service more than 300,000 users. Outside of work, he plays lead guitar in a band and enjoys his Harley Nightster, his Superbird, and traveling.

Matthew Valleskey is Director of Product Marketing for replication technologies at Metalogix. Matthew has over 20 years’ experience in technology product marketing and marketing communications and has developed and implemented go-to-market strategies for new and existing products for multiple companies including Symantec, AXENT Technologies, INPUT, TreSecure and Neustar. He is a graduate of Michigan State University and is also certified in Pragmatic Marketing in both product management and product marketing.
