Exchange 2007 SP2 Ready for Download

Today's the day if you’ve been waiting for the release of Microsoft Exchange Server 2007 SP2. The Exchange team originally announced some details of this service pack back in May, and today they've finally made it available for download from the Microsoft Download Center. The Microsoft TechNet article "What's New in Exchange Server 2007 SP2" provides brief descriptions of the main features of this service pack along with links to detailed information on each topic.

As a reminder, Exchange 2007 SP2 adds backup functionality for Exchange on Windows Server 2008, new auditing capabilities, better public folder quota management, and lots of new PowerShell cmdlet parameters. In addition, Exchange 2007 SP2 introduces a dynamic Active Directory (AD) schema update and validation feature that will make it easier to add new properties to your AD schema and therefore smooth the way to Exchange Server 2010.
