Microsoft Releases Eight Security Updates, One Critical

With Microsoft ending its Advance Notification Service for casual customers, there's a real need in the industry now for a trusted, all-encompassing, communitized resource for covering Microsoft's patches. Stay tuned, we're actually working on this and is something we've been planning for a while. And, now with Microsoft squelching open communication, it's needed now more than ever.

Brief: Today, Microsoft is releasing the following updates, which includes eight security updates.  One of the updates is rated Critical while seven are rated Important.
