To force a user to use a security attention sequence, such as Ctrl+Alt+End, to open the Windows Security dialog on a Terminal Services client, use the Remove security option from Start menu (Terminal Services only) Group Policy at Computer ConfigurationAdministrative TemplatesSystem.

If the policy is Not configured, you can prevent users from accidentally logging on to Terminal Services by setting the NoNTSecurity value name, a REG_DWORD data type, to 1, at HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREMicrosoftWindowsCurrentVersionPoliciesExplorer.

See tip 3664 to remove the Disconnect entry from the Shut Down Windows dialog.
