I get error 'CAPI: The install program could not open the signature file' when installing SP5 hotfixes.

A. This is normally a problem if you have the 128bit Service Packversion. CAPI stands for Crypto API.

To solve the problem, download the 128 bit encryption update for InternetExplorer 5, apply it, and reboot the system. The
hotfixes should then install perfectly
