Syncfusion's Essential Studio Enterprise Edition Includes More ASP.NET MVC Features

Syncfusion has released a new version of Essential Studio Enterprise Edition, which now includes several ASP.NET MVC features for mobile and desktop platforms. According to Syncfusion, the release comes on the heels of the company's launch for its Metro Studio 1 suite, which provides users with more than 600 vector-based Metro icons that are free and customizable.

In this release, a new Syncfusion Project Wizard for ASP.NET MVC lets developers create starter projects that contain Syncfusion library references, which are automatically added into project files. In addition, this wizard lets developers create a Syncfusion project from scratch or convert an existing ASP.NET project into a Syncfusion project.

Essential Studio 2012 Volume 2 also now includes support for Quartet FS' ActivePivot engine. "Quartet FS' ActivePivot engine is widely used for in-memory analytics. Our support comes in response to requests from our business intelligence studio customers. Now, developers can build awesome portals that take advantage of the data analytics offered by the ActivePivot platform," said Marissa Keller Outten, director of business development at Syncfusion.
