Spammer: Jail Escape, Murder, Suicide

Convicted spammer Eddie Davidson was sentenced to serve 21 months in jail. Then he escaped, murdered 2 people, and killed himself.

According to a report by the Denver Post, King escaped from Federal prison last Sunday after serving only 5 weeks of jail time for various crimes that allegedly netted him between $3,000,000 and $5,000,000 over the course of a few years.

Shortly after his escape King apparently murdered his wife, a 3 year old, and shot a teenager. A baby was left unharmed in a carseat in the back of the vehicle where the victims' bodies were found.

It's so sad that this sort of thing happened.... I guess nobody thought it was necessary to run the guy through a thorough mental analysis before deciding to let him run loose around a minimal security prison.
