Create a report with AutoReport

  1. From the reports list, click the New button.

  2. Choose AutoReport:Columnar (which looks like a form) or AutoReport:Tabular (which looks like a datasheet).

  3. From the drop-down list, select the table or query you wish the report to reflect.AutoReport uses only one table or query.  If you want to use more than one table or query, first create a single query with all appropriate fields or use the Report Wizard to create your report.

  4. Click OK. 

You will be in the print preview mode.  See the sectionPrint preview for more information about using print preview.
