Why am I receiving 30020 event IDs on my RRAS server?

A. The 30020 event ID might be added to the event log every 30 seconds. The full log entry appears as follows:

Event ID: 30020Source: Iprip2Type: ErrorDescription: Ipripv2 was unable to receive an incoming message onthe local interface with IP address [IP address]. The data is inthe error code. 0000: 00002746

An unreachable or incorrectly configured device that receives a Routing Information Protocol (RIP) request from the server causes this error. To resolve the problem, locate the device that the event log identifies and resolve the problem with that device.
