A: Office 2013 features a touch mode which increases the space between commands, making the application more touch friendly. To enable, select Touch Mode from the Quick Access Toolbar in Office 2013 then enable the Touch Mode via the new button that's displayed; when enabled it will spread out the icons. It's great to enable on slate-type devices.
