A: A simple registry change will make IE9 open in full screen mode every time it starts. Navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftwareMicrosoftInternet ExplorerMain using regedit.exe and change the Fullscreen value from no to yes. No logout or reboot is required—the change takes immediate effect.
