A. If the SMS Advanced Client is already installed, you can use the System Management Control Panel applet's Advanced tab to modify the amount of cache that the client uses for software distribution. To set the cache size during SMS installation, run either of the following commands:

ccmsetup smscachesize=<new size>

or

capinst /advcli /advclicmd smscachesize=<new size>

You should enter the cache size in megabytes.
