Q: Can I have more than one Exchange Connector with System Center Service Manager 2010 to enable connections to more than one mailbox?

System Center Service Manager (SCSM) Exchange Connector (both 1.0 and 2.0) allows only a single instance of the connector to be configured.

A: System Center Service Manager (SCSM) Exchange Connector (both 1.0 and 2.0) allows only a single instance of the connector to be configured.

This means you can connect only to a single mailbox. This might change in SCSM 2012.

If you want to connect to multiple mailboxes by using SCSM 2010, one option would be to use Opalis/System Center Orchestrator 2012 to connect to the mailboxes, then connect to SCSM 2010 and create incidents. However, you would lose the connector’s native functionality of linking incoming items to change requests.
