Preparing a presentation for delivery

The Slide Sorter view and the Slide Show menu give you access to a number of useful commands and tools as you finalize your presentation and prepare for delivering it. You can easily rearrange slides, delete slides, insert new slides, copy and paste slides and color schemes between presentations, configure slide transitions, apply animation schemes, or change the slide design.

Most of these actions can also be performed using the Slides tab of the left pane of the Normal view. However, because the Slide Sorter view allows you to see more slides at a time, it is generally recommended to make these changes in the slide sorter.
