Stelor Productions, operator of the children's Web site Googles.com, said Wednesday that it has filed actions with the US Patent and Trademark office against Web search leader Google.

Stelor Productions, operator of the children's Web site Googles.com, said Wednesday that it has filed actions with the US Patent and Trademark office against Web search leader Google. Stelor charges that Google's mark is confusingly similar to their own. Google has started marketing goods and services aimed at children, an act Stelor charges is a violation of the company's rights. Googles.com is a Web site aimed at children that features colorful four-eyed characters and offers games and email and sells toys and clothes to users. Stelor, a Darnestown, MD company, has filed two separate actions against Google after the Internet search giant refused to talk out of court about the trademark dispute.
