or right-click the slide and use the Pointer Options menu on the popup menu.Select a pen style:
The Felt Tip Pen is a thick line
The Ballpoint Pen is a thin line.
The Highlighter is a thick line that is semitransparent.
Select a pen color from the Ink Options menu. You can set the default pen color by choosing Slide Show → Set Up Show.
Once you have ink on a slide, you can erase the ink manually, using the eraser, or you can erase all ink on the slide.
Click the Pointer Options button
or right-click the slide and use the Pointer Options menu on the popup menu.Select Eraser or Erase All Ink on Slide.
When the presentation is complete and you exit the presentation, you will be asked to save any markup on the slides. You can choose to Discard the markup, or Keep the markup, in which case the markup will remain on the slides, just as if you had drawn the markup using PowerPoint's drawing tools. This allows you to preserve markup as part of your presentation minutes and to distribute or print the markup along with the slides.
