JSI Tip 9513. The Add Standalone Snap-in dialog does NOT contain your snap-in on an x64-based version of Windows?

When you install a program that includes an MMC (Microsoft Management Console) snap-in on a computer that is running an x64 version of Microsoft Windows, the snap-in is NOT available in the Add Standalone Snap-in dialog.

This behavior will occur if you install a 32-bit program that includes a 32-bit MMC snap-in.

To workaround this behavior, run the program as follows:

Start Run   MMC /32   OK
