In Tip 9208, I explained the process for starting Windows Installer from a Safe Mode boot on Windows Server 2003.
Harry Bates ([email protected]), brings us SafeMSI.zip. Unzip the archive to SafeMSI.exe.
To use SafeMSI.exe when booted to Safe Mode on any version of Windows NT (Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows Server 2003, etc..), just double-click or run it.
