In tip 5521, I explained that pressing ALT+D provides rapid access the the Internet Explorer Address bar.

In tip 5446, I described how to direct Internet Explorer 6 Address bar searches at specific search engines?. Thus, typing jsiinc into the Internet Explorer 6 Address bar, and pressing enter, causes your favorite search engine to find pages that contain jsiinc.

To go directly to a DOT COM Web page, type the site address and press CTRL+Enter. Typing jsiinc and pressing CTRL+Enter will cause Internet Explorer to insert the WWW. prefix, insert the .com suffix, and go to www.jsiinc.com.
