In tip 4658, I described the ALT+0128 keystrokes on the numeric keypad, with NUM LOCK. This works in all versions of Windows. The following is also available:

AltGr+e -  Works in most European countries AltGr+u -  Hungarian and Polish AltGr+4 -  UK and Ireland AltGr+5 -  US International, Greek Latin AltGr+e -  (epsilon) Greek
