When running the Windows 2000 Readiness Analyzer, or WinNT32, from within W9x, you receive:

        WINNT32 this program has performed an illegal operation. WINNT32 caused an invalid page fault in module KERNEL32.DLL at 0167:bff88396 Registers: EAX=c00301a8 CS=0167 EIP=bff88396 EFLGS=00010202 EBX=02ca8808 SS=016f ESP=02c9fed0 EBP=02ca0048 ECX=00000003 DS=016f ESI=00000001 FS=21bf EDX=bff76855 ES=016f EDI=02003cb0 GS=0000 Bytes at CS:EIP: 53 56 57 8b 75 10 8b 38 33 db 85 f6 75 2d 8d b5 Stack dump:

This error message is generally the results of having Quickbooks installed on your system.

To workaround this problem, rename Qbconv32.dll to Qbconv32.dl_, for each copy you discover.

After the upgrade, you can rename Qbconv32.dl_ to Qbconv32.dll, so Quickbooks will function.
