To view the Scheduled Tasks on a remote computer, you must have administratorprivileges on the remote computer. The remote computer must be running Windows NT 4.0, Windows 2000, or Windows 9x. To view the Scheduled Tasks on a remote computer, expand My Network Places and drill down to the computer that is hosting the Scheduled Tasks. Double-click the Scheduled Tasks folder.

You can manage Scheduled Tasks on a remote computer, if the remote computer is running remote registry software. Windows NT 4.0 and Windows 2000 enable remote access to the registry by default. For W9x, see tip 0572. To edit a remote task, right-click it and press Properties. You can create a Scheduled Task on your computer and then cut/paste the .job file to the remote computer.
