If your Windows NT Server version 4.0, Terminal Server Edition is a member of a Windows 2000 domain, you will receive an 'Access Denied' if you use User Manager for Domains to change the Terminal Server-specific properties of the subject accounts.

You must use Windows 2000-based administration tools to make changes to the Terminal Server-specific properties of the Guest and TSInternetUser accounts.
