The WMI (Windows Management Instrumentation) provider for Windows 2000NLB (Network Load Balancing) will not load on a computer with a name that starts with a numeric character. If you attempt to load the provider, a 0x80041013, 'Provider Load Failure' error occurs.

The NLB WMI provider interprets these server names as an IP address.

The only solution is to not use computer names that start with numeric characters.
