When you press the Windows Key+U keyboard shortcut, the Utility Manager, and any configured usabilityaids, is started.

To prevent the shortcut from starting Utility Manager, and any configuredusability aids:

1. Administrative Tools / Services / Utility Manager.

2. Configure Startup as Disabled.
