When you install the Adminpak.msi, you receive:

Internal error: 2755.1632,c:winntsystem32adminpak.msi

When you click on an installed shortcut, you receive:

Temporary Directory is not found or there is not enough disk space.

This problem is generally the result of removing Full Control permissions from the Administrators group and/or the System account on the %SystemRoot%Installer folder.

Permissions on the %SystemRoot%Installer folder should be:

Administrators group - Full Control
Everyone group - Read and Execute, List Folder Contents and Read

System account - Full Control

Re-install the Adminpak.msi package using Start / Run / adminpak.msi / OK.
