JSI Tip 3019. How do I get QOS to recognize Power Management changes on my WOL capable NIC?

When you have QOS (Quality of Service) installed, changes that you make on the Power Management tab of your WOL (Wake on Lan) capable NIC are not recognized immediately?

In order to get these changes recognized, you must perform either of the following:

- In Device Manager, disable and re-enable the NIC.

- In Control Panel / Network and Dial-up Connections, disable and re-enable the NIC.
