In tip 0366, I describe the process of creating a customer printer form in Windows NT 4.0.

To create a custom printer form in Windows 2000:

1. Open the printers folder:

My Computer / Control Panel / Printers

                or

Control Panel / Administrative Tools /Configure Your Server / Print Server / Manage

2. In the Printers folder, use the File menu and press Server Properties.

3. On the Forms tab, check Create a New Form and set its properties.
