When you inspect the %SystemRoot%svcpack.log file after applying SP1, the log indicates that the following files were copied to %SystemRoot%JavaClasses:

Classes.cer
Classes.zip
Msjdbc.cer
Msjdbc.zip
Tclasses.cer
Tclasses.zip
Xmldso.cab

These files do NOT exist in this folder on your computer?

This appears to be a common problem and you need not be concerned.

When you inspect the %SystemRoot%Setupapi.log file, it may contain entries similar to:

Copying file C:WINNTTEMPMSE000WinInet.dll to C:WINNTSystem32WinInet.dll.
An unsigned or incorrectly signed file (C:WINNTTEMPMSE000WinInet.dll) was installed. Error 0x800b0003:
The form specified for the subject is not one supported or known by the specified trust provider.

Microsoft didn't digitally sign the Update.inf file, which causes these errors.

You can safely ignore them.
