In tip 2129, I introduced SFCDisable.

If you wish to totally disable Windows File Protection, set SFCDisable to 0xffffff9d, using the Hex Radix.

When you restart your computer, the System event log will contain Event ID 64032, "Windows File Protection is not active on this system."

This is an undocumented setting and may be removed in a service pack.

NOTE: This ability was removed in Windows 2000 Service Pack 2 and in Windows XP. To enable it, see tip 5392.
