JSI Tip 2376. Windows 2000 leaves Sctxxx.tmp files after using security tools.

When you use a security configuration or analysis tool, such as Local Security Policy, Sctxxx.tmp files are created in your My DocumentsSecurityDatabase folder, where xxx is any character(s).
These files do not contain any data and may be deleted.
